Coach Requirements
What type of coach is allowed at the resort?
Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort is a Class A motorcoach resort. Only Class A motorcoaches are permitted — no fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-ups, or other RV types are allowed. Trailers and tow dollies are not permitted on the property.
Is there an age requirement for motorcoaches?
Yes. Per resort rules, motorcoaches must be 15 years old or newer to stay at the resort. This requirement applies to all renters and must be met before booking.
What if my coach is older than 15 years?
Unfortunately, coaches older than 15 years do not meet the resort's requirements and would not be permitted on the property. This is a resort-wide policy that we are unable to waive.
Renting Lot 2A
What is included in the lot rental?
The rental is for Lot 2A only. It does not include the coach house or a gazebo. You will have use of the lot space for your motorcoach along with access to resort amenities.
What are the rental rates?
Lot 2A is available from $75/night (daily) or $1,300/month (special rate). Contact us to confirm current availability and pricing.
How do I check availability?

How do I book the lot?
Visit our Rentals page, select your check-in and check-out dates on the calendar, and click "Proceed to Secure Checkout." You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to pay your deposit. You can also call or text (251) 288-9757 or message us on Facebook if you have questions before booking.
How do I pay for my rental?
Payment is processed securely through Stripe on our Rentals page. A 50% deposit is due at booking for all stays, with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.

Yes — a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for all stays. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before your check-in date. You'll receive an automatic reminder email when the balance comes due.

Resort Rules & Regulations
Fines may be imposed for failure to adhere to the Rules and Regulations.
- •Motor coaches must arrive between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM to minimize disturbances. The resort permits a maximum of 6 people, 2 vehicles, and 1 coach per site.
- •Only Class A motor coaches that are 15 years old or newer will be accepted. The coach's external paint should be well maintained, without any signs of wear such as sun damage, peeling stickers, or broken components.
- •BQ grills and propane fire pits are allowed, but please refrain from having wood-burning campfires or fireworks. "For Sale" signs and clotheslines are not permitted.
- •All sewer connections must use a sealed connection, such as a sewer donut, elbow, or other approved device, to connect to the sewer inlet.
- •Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- •Pools are for owners and guests to enjoy, with children under 14 requiring adult supervision. Swimming is at your own risk; safety equipment and 911 phone are for emergencies only.
- •NO SMOKING, no pets, and no glassware in pool area. Observe all posted rules in the pool areas.
- •Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult in the clubhouse.
- •Clubhouse showers and restrooms are for the convenience of owners and guests. Please clean showers after use.
- •The clubhouse kitchen area is reserved for gatherings of owners and their guests, and must be scheduled with a Board Member to ensure availability. Users are responsible for cleaning up after use.
- •The resort is pet-friendly, but please exclude pets from clubhouse and pool areas. We welcome two pets per lot and prohibit vicious, aggressive, or nuisance pets. Keep pets inside the coach when away and leash them during walks. Use designated pet areas and clean up promptly.
- •Use of washers and dryers is free and available 24 hours for owners and guests. Clean dryer lint-traps after each use and wipe down washing machines after use. Dye is NOT allowed in machines. Do not use washers for pet bedding, heavy blankets, bedspreads, or oily maintenance rags.
- •Speed limit is 7mph. Only licensed drivers can operate motorized vehicles. No parking on the street unless temporarily loading or unloading. No parking or driving through another owner's lot without permission.
- •No trailers or tow dollies are allowed on the property.
- •Please securely bag all garbage and place it in the dumpster just outside the gate. Break down boxes before disposing. Close dumpster doors and lid after use to avoid attracting wildlife.
- •Owners must have either phone access or electronic gate fob. Non-owners will be issued temporary phone access.
