Booking policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 10:30 AM
• Class A motorcoaches only — no trailers, 5th wheels, or Class B/C coaches.
• Coach must be 2011 or newer with no peeling paint on the front cap.
• Minimum 1-night stay. Monthly rate applies to stays of 27+ nights.
• 50% deposit at booking; balance due 30 days before check-in.
• Full payment required for stays under 30 nights.
