What is included with the rental?
Your rental includes the RV lot with full hookups (electric, water, sewer), Wi-Fi, and access to all resort amenities — two pools, clubhouse, dog park, and fitness equipment. The Silver Fortified coach house is not included with rentals; it is only available with the purchase of Lot 2A.
What are the rental rates?
Daily: $75/night · Weekly: $500/week · Monthly: $1,100/month (special rate). The smart rate calculator above will automatically find your best rate when you select dates.
What type of coach is required?
Terry Cove Motor Coach Resort is a Class A only community. Coaches must be 15 years or newer.
How do I pay after booking?
After submitting your booking request, Chris and Tara will confirm your dates. You can then pay via PayPal or Venmo on the payment page.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel 10 or more days before your check-in date for a full deposit refund. Cancel within 10 days of check-in for a 50% refund. Your cancellation code is included in your booking confirmation email.
How does the deposit work?
Stays under 30 nights require the full amount at booking. For 1–2 month stays, a 50% deposit is due at booking. For 3+ month stays, a 33% deposit (roughly one month's rent) is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 1 week before check-in.
Can I rent before deciding to buy?
Absolutely — renting Lot 2A is a great way to experience the resort before making a purchase decision. The lot is listed for sale at $299,000 with the Silver Fortified coach house included.
